Parent Time is a program offered by Conner's Place to assist
parents and children with smooth and positive supervised visitations
and monitored exchanges.
Conner's Place is a qualified, professional provider of supervised
visitations and monitored exhanges. We make every effort to keep
your child safe. We want to make sure your child is supported and
free from any unnecessary stress. The professional provider is
present at all times and very aware of the child's behavior and
interaction with the parent.
The Parent Time Program offers several services.
Supervised Visitation-Custodial parent brings child to neutral
location. Visiting parent has "parent time" with the child.
On-site Parent Time
Off-site Parent Time
Monitored Exhanges-Custodial parent brings child to neutral
location. Non- custodial parent picks up child from neutral location.
Reports for Attorneys, Parents or Court
Before we begin services, it is important for us to conduct an intake
session. This will include:

Fees for Services
Fees should be paid in cash or certified check (money order) prior
to the visit or exchange. Fees are hourly and are per child and per
monitor. Fees for all supervised visitation services have a one-hour
minimum with the exception of phone visits. Holiday rates are $15
more per child per hour.
Supervised Visitation Fees
Intake Fee $25/parent
On-site Supervised Visitation $45/hour
Off-site Supervised Visitation $50/hour
Telephone Monitoring $30/half-hour
Reports for Attorneys, Parents or Court (varies based on frequency & length)
Custody Exchange Monitoring $30/hour
(sliding scale fees available)
Visitation Cancellation
A twenty-four hour cancellation notification is required or the fee
must be paid prior to the next visitation. The party who did not show
is responsible for the fee.

Conner's Place is a private place of business. We do have the right
to decline services or terminate a visit if necessary. We have strict
rules that must be followed.

To begin using the services, Conner's Place must conduct an
intake. Please call our office to schedule an intake. The parent
must bring:
Conner's Place reserves the right to end the visit if the supervised
parent violates any court order or Conner's Place policies during the
visit. Our staff will end the visit immediately if the staff feels it is in
the best interest of the child. Law enforcement may be notified if
the staff feels it is necessary.

- Arrive and depart on time. Very Important!!
- All instructions from the staff must be followed.
- No profanity.
- No corporal punishment is permitted.
- No smoking or drinking alcohol.
- The visitation will be terminated if any of the parents appear to
be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not bring other guests to visitation.

- Driver's License or Valid ID Card
- Copy of Court Order or Temporary Custody Orders
- Copy of Protective Order, if applicable
Conner's Place reserves the right to end the visit if the supervised
parent violates any court order or Conner's Place policies during the
visit. Our staff will end the visit immediately if the staff feels it is in
the best interest of the child. Law enforcement may be notified if
the staff feels it is necessary.
Prior to setting up "Parent Time" with the non-custodial parent,
custodial parents should:
- Understand and read the court order/custody order very
carefully; - Make sure the child understands, as much as possible, what is
happening including when and where visits will take place; - Have the child ready and be punctual;
- Give the child as much love and reassurance as possible; and
- Please do not question the child about the visit or quiz him/her
afterwards.
Non-custodial parents should:
- Arrive and depart on time;
- Not discuss the court case with the child;
- Only speak in a positive with the child;
- Not make the child a messenger;
- Not quiz the child about the other parent; and
- Read the court order or custody order thoroughly.
